Unit 7 – Employment Opportunities in the performing Arts

Performing arts organisations come in a variety of shapes and sizes. They are set up with a range of aims and objectives and serve a variety of purposes from the charity that uses performing arts as therapy for disadvantaged young people to the business that uses actors in adverts to sell products to the political groups using performance to educate and spark debate amongst the community. In this unit you will learn about all the different career pathways available to the performer as well as how to present yourselves professionally.
